I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and mindfulness principles to help you uncover patterns, heal past wounds, and create more fulfilling relationships with yourself, your partner, and others.
